Healthcare didn’t get thrown out the window. John McCain rose from the mostly dead to deliver two staggering votes. The first was to allow the “discussion” to continue on healthcare in the senate. The second was a no vote, blocking the majority from repealing major parts of Obama’s healthcare legacy.
