On Show 19, August 15th 2014, We mentioned and had quite a discussion on how some Police Agencies will not hire applicants whose mental capabilities, their IQ, is too high. This seemed a bit dubious at the time as being completely counter intuitive, given they were trying to claim it was to maintain job satisfaction levels and other such things.
